About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Communications Specialist to join our team at Mounties Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to engage our members and promote our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and search engine marketing.
  • Manage and maintain our website and other digital assets to ensure they are up-to-date and aligned with our brand standards.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work with our creative team to develop engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copywriting.
  • Manage our digital marketing budget, ensuring effective use of resources and ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital channels and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
