Job SummaryWe are seeking a part-time Cash Control Officer to join our team at Mounties Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing our customers internally and externally, while supporting the Group CCO Manager in maintaining a robust control framework.
Key Responsibilities- Clearance reconciliation and preparation of club banking
- Issuing and balancing floats, including keno, bars, and change bars
- Assisting with the preparation of ATMs and balancing at the end of the shift
- Providing advice and recommendations on process flows and reporting
- Balancing all club monies and monitoring cash handling within the organization
- Recording all transactions and maintaining petty cash records
- Minimizing cash exposure during operational hours and maintaining cash control procedures
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, Micros POS, and Clubline accounting software
- Strong hands-on accounting skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-directed, with the ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and willingness to travel when required
- Possession of a current NSW Liquor and Gaming RSA and RCG competency card
