Communications Specialist

The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Communications Executive to join our team on a full-time 12-month maternity leave contract, with the potential to extend into a full-time capacity. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital and direct marketing campaigns across our group.
Key Responsibilities- Manage direct marketing initiatives, including SMS, email, and app push notifications.
- Report on the performance of digital and direct marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with multiple agencies to optimize advertising spend.
- Oversee content across multiple websites and applications, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Build and maintain relationships with digital and direct agencies.
- Ensure all assets meet Mounties Group quality standards.
- Support the marketing team as required.
- Prior experience in digital marketing.
- Data-driven approach to digital marketing.
- HTML coding knowledge for EDM production.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Positive can-do attitude and ability to work well within a team.
- Technologically savvy, including Microsoft Office programs and marketing technology.
