Salary PackageWe offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $85,000 per annum, plus benefits such as non-monetary perks and meal allowances.
Job DescriptionThis role involves working as an Aboriginal Financial Capability Worker under the mentorship of our experienced Financial Counsellor. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering financial literacy education workshops and providing one-on-one budgeting support to eligible individuals or groups.
You will also assist community members in accessing other support services and building strong relationships within the community.
Requirements- A national police record check is required.
- Relevant state Working With Children Check is necessary.
- A current driver's license (if travel is required).
- Eligibility for NFP salary packaging ($15,900 tax-free) plus meals and entertainment benefits.
- Access to employee assistance programs, financial discounts, and health and fitness programs.
- Paid leave entitlements, including parental leave and up to 5 days paid leave per year to support a TSA program or activity.
