About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Family Health Advocate in Alice Springs. In this rewarding role, you will be part of the Australian Family Partnership Program (FPP), a home visitation program aimed at improving maternal and child health.

As a Family Health Advocate, you will develop long-term relationships with clients, empowering them to recognize their strengths, build skills and confidence, and access essential services. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of families in Central Australia.

The FPP focuses on supporting women from early pregnancy until their child turns two. You will work collaboratively with eligible families to provide guidance, support, and resources, helping them navigate the healthcare system and achieve better outcomes.
