Community Health Advocate for Aboriginal Communities

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Aboriginal Community Wellbeing Worker to join our dedicated team at Central Australian Aboriginal Congress.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver holistic primary healthcare services, including outreach, planned transports, service brokerage, and cultural input to service delivery.
- Provide client support for healthcare follow-ups, advocacy, and case management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for working with Aboriginal communities and promoting their health and wellbeing.
- An understanding of the social determinants of health and their impact on Aboriginal populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
- A competitive salary package, including base salary, district allowance, superannuation, leave loading, and estimated tax savings from salary packaging options. (Estimated annual salary: $85,053 - $91,349)
