About the Opportunity

Employsure is seeking a results-driven Head of Compliance & Risk to join our team. This leadership role offers the chance to shape the risk management framework, drive business growth, and foster a positive and compliant workforce.

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in leading and managing compliance teams, with a strong background in compliance risk or audit roles. They should also have excellent strategic and hands-on skills, as well as extensive experience developing, embedding, and advising on risk/compliance obligations, processes, and controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and upskill the Compliance and Risk Team while ensuring timely completion of all compliance and risk tasks and reporting.
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders and business units to develop a strong compliance and risk culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop, uplift, and embed compliance and risk frameworks across the broader organisation.
  • Facilitate compliance and risk workshops and training sessions.
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary of $120,000-$180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including:
