About the Role

As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Customer Experience (CX) Client Service team with planning, executing, and tracking of retail CX measurement programs. Your main areas of responsibility will lie within data validation and quality reporting, managing delivery of reports to client stakeholders and maintaining communication with the Field Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day management of our retail measurement programs
  • Managing field team enquiries in relation to our programs
  • Admin and co-ordinating tasks - uploading for monthly call cycle, loading visits, monitoring timelines and completions
Requirements:
  • Must be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Outgoing and energetic personality that connects immediately with people
  • Resilient and persistent with a positive attitude
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills
  • Previous experience in a call centre or ordering systems environment is desired

You will be joining a fun and highly efficient team working on programs being delivered across Australia and New Zealand. If you're someone with a positive attitude and looking to step into the client service world, we'd love to have you onboard.
