About the Position
The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in our organisational transformation. Reporting to the CEO, they will ensure operational continuity today while laying robust foundations for tomorrow's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee contracts and partnerships with expert providers, ensuring seamless tenancy and support for clients.
- Champion best-practice governance, compliance, and reporting across the organisation.
- Lead the phased implementation of critical organisational systems, supporting a planned expansion from 3 to 6+ staff.
About You
We are seeking a practical, empathetic, and growth-minded operations leader who brings:
- Proven success in contract and partner management.
- Hands-on experience implementing and optimising business systems.
- Governance and compliance experience, including Board/stakeholder reporting.
