Job Opportunity: Chief People Officer

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our People, Culture and Capability team in delivering high-quality services.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop and implement workforce projects and initiatives aligned with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Strategic Workforce Plan and Workforce Action Plan to drive organisation-wide results.
  • Provide strategic advice to executive leaders and senior leaders on workforce matters.
  • Sponsor and deliver initiatives that support our business and respond to emerging priorities.
  • Drive organisational capability, performance and continuous improvement through integrated PCC programs and services.
  • Lead the PCC team to ensure effective management of operations, budget, resources and delivery of work on time and on budget.
  • Foster a client-centric culture focused on continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and maintain strong networks and relationships with key stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

  • You have a proven track record of formulating and executing workforce strategies with measurable results.
  • You possess knowledge and expertise to lead a multidisciplinary team in a changing public sector environment.
  • You are able to engage effectively with executive leaders and key stakeholders to advance organisation-wide initiatives.
