Job Title: Administration Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at SA Health as an Administration Officer. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality administrative support to our clients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a reception service, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Admit and discharge patients, ensuring accurate and timely processing of medical records
  • Prepare and run client information reports, utilizing data entry and word processing skills
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the healthcare team, including medical record administrative services
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced health environment, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively
Requirements:
  • A solid background working in a reception and medical records department
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proven competence in data entry, computer skills, and medical casenote preparation
