**About You**

You are a customer centric, people's person, who strikes a balance between process, time management, with a strong attention to detail. You enjoy taking responsibility for all aspects of administration, with "people first" as your motto, driving support to your colleagues when needed, as well as responding to all admin inquires.

This role is 5 days a week reporting to our Finance Manager. You will therefore be responsible for the following:

- Setup new suppliers in Altora (across Pensar Group)
- Completing Credit Applications (across Pensar Group)
- Following up on Insurances
- Reconciling Supplier Statement's
- Requesting missing supplier invoices

**What You Need**
- This is an entry level data-entry position, no degree or accounts experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
- Minimum of 1 year in an Administration role
- Be able to work autonomously
- Be willing to work out of our HQ - Fortitude Valley location
- Attention to detail is imperative
- Strong time management skills
- A positive and professional attitude and approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proven track record of working to strict deadlines
