About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support our multi-year transformation program. This assignment will provide business analysis expertise to drive programme and operational unit success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support process mapping and requirements documentation for a complex transformation program.
  • Engage with stakeholders to define, plan and deliver transformation activities across programmes and operational units.
  • Lead the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guides, FAQs and user guides in collaboration with subject-matter experts.
  • Assist change implementation and embedding during go-live and post go-live phases.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex organisations.
  • Experience supporting large, complex programs and projects, including process mapping and requirements gathering.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to plan ahead, handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills; highly analytical with lateral strategic thinking and strong stakeholder management.
