SkyCity Adelaide seeks a seasoned People and Culture Transformation Leader to spearhead organisational development programmes.

This role reports to the Managing Director - SkyCity Adelaide, driving people initiatives that enhance employee engagement, talent development, compliance, and overall organisational performance in line with the Group objectives.

The People and Culture Transformation Leader will lead a diverse team across Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Safety and Wellbeing, Injury Management, and Wardrobe, contributing to business planning and decision making.

This role is also a member of the Group P&C Leadership team, ensuring local priorities are aligned with Group objectives, while addressing Adelaide specific needs.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging data insights to inform strategic workforce planning
  • Developing and implementing targeted people development programmes
  • Driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to shape the organisation's culture and values
