Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management professional to drive successful transformations across various projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving change and ensuring programme success.

  • You will develop and implement tailored change management strategies to maximise adoption of Mobile Workforce Program (MWP) capabilities and minimise resistance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver a Cyber Security awareness program for the department.
  • Build strong relationships with business areas to understand impacts and business needs.
  • Design and execute effective communications strategies to engage stakeholders and ensure programme success.
Key Objectives:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to maximise adoption of MWP capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, User Experience Specialists, and Project Managers to support programme delivery.
  • Work closely with training teams to align training plans with overall change management plans.
  • Streamline and target communications to inform programme updates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Change Manager on large transformation programmes.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business areas to understand impacts and business needs.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
