Lead Programme Cost Manager

In this exciting role, you will lead the cost management of multi-mission programmes ensuring successful delivery within budget and on schedule. Our team pioneers delivering innovative solutions that protect and empower naval forces worldwide.
You will oversee programme budgeting, forecasting, and financial models, monitoring project financial performance against established budgets and KPIs. Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to project teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining project budgets, forecasts, and financial models;
- Monitoring project financial performance against established budgets and KPIs;
- Conducting variance analysis and providing actionable insights to project teams;
- Implementing and maintaining cost control measures to ensure projects stay within budget;
You will also collaborate with Resource Managers to allocate personnel and other resources effectively across projects, monitor resource utilization, and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
The ideal candidate will have experience in cost management, financial planning, and analysis, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
