Role Overview- Take charge of a critical B2B transformation workstream within a high-profile programme of work.
- Lead initiatives aimed at refining B2B engagement models, designing tailored frameworks, and overseeing the delivery of solutions that boost transparency, efficiency, and commercial outcomes.
- Manage initiative leads and multidisciplinary teams, aligning stakeholders to ensure timely and impactful programme delivery.
A skilled leader with proven expertise in B2B service environments and transformation delivery is required. Able to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, you excel in aligning cross-functional teams and translating strategy into practical, high-value results.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute B2B transformation initiatives from planning through execution.
- Provide technical and strategic leadership to guarantee commercially robust, transparent, and stakeholder-focused solutions.
- Develop and implement frameworks for segmentation, service design, case management, and commercial models.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in programme/project management and transformation delivery within complex environments.
- Proven experience in a B2B service environment, with a strong understanding of business tools, analytics, and relationship/account management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
