Responsibilities

  • Conduct planning, scheduling, and estimating of work/tasks to meet work requirements.
  • Prepare project documentation and assist with review and clearance processes for project documents.
  • Provide advice on application of project methodologies.
  • Assist with project management activities.
  • Represent our brand in marketplace, promoting capability and building trusted partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Deliver projects within commercial requirements.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Lead defence-related projects, guide junior PMs in project delivery.
  • Strong leadership of project team.
  • Contribute to business development focus to continue PM growth.

Requirements

  • A recognised Degree or equivalent qualification relating to a technical field: Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Cost Management.
  • 3+ years Project Management experience (consultancy or client side preferred).
  • Baseline or NV1 clearance is preferable.
  • Australian citizenship (Defence).
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, able to work independently.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report writing skills.
  • Highly motivated and focused on service excellence for clients.
