This role requires an experienced and passionate professional to join our team as an Executive Manager Implementation (Organisational Development Manager). Key responsibilities include:

  • Co-designing practical plans and roadmaps for implementing programmes of work and strategy across the organisation.
  • Establishing governance frameworks for programme implementation, including roles and responsibilities matrices, service offerings, business processes, rules of engagement, and service-level metrics.
  • Providing leadership in executing people projects and initiatives, ensuring they are interconnected and drive advocacy and adoption.
  • Managing all aspects of the programme lifecycle, ensuring issues and risks are being managed within the Life portfolio.
  • Accountability for continuous development and management of skills and capability to ensure excellent service delivery.
