Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to provide specialist psychological support regarding recover at work outcomes for injured workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the ability of commanders/managers to identify and manage psychological injuries across the organisation.
- Provide education and support to ensure successful identification and management of psychological injuries.
Requirements:
- Degree in psychology or related field
- Extensive experience in mental health and injury management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
