Injury Management Strategist

This role supports claims teams and case managers in developing strategies to reduce claim costs, promote early recovery, and facilitate a durable return to work for injured employees.
Responsibilities include collaborating with claims operations and treatment providers, providing expert advice and guidance, establishing provider management strategies, and implementing injury management initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop structured injury management practices.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on physical, psychological, and hybrid work injuries.
- Maintain provider management strategies and relationships.
- Implement injury management strategies within teams and business units.
- Coach and mentor teams on injury management methodology.
- Experience in occupational rehabilitation, claims management, and/or return to work.
- Understanding of relevant regulatory compliance requirements.
- Strategic development and stakeholder management skills.
- Coaching and mentoring experience.
