Key aspects of this job include providing technical expertise and support for the best return to work plan for injured workers, implementing early intervention strategies to achieve the best outcomes, and supporting cost-effective injury management interventions for optimal claim outcomes.

To succeed in this position, you will need experience in claims management within the NSW Workers Compensation scheme. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also essential, as well as the ability to manage physical and psychological injuries and deal with multiple stakeholders effectively.

We offer a hybrid flexibility model, allowing you to balance onsite and remote work, as well as opportunities to travel or relocate across Australia and New Zealand.
