Job Opportunity

Responsibilities

\* Effectively manage injury claims through the integration of biopsychosocial approaches.\* Develop and implement innovative injury management strategies and processes.\* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, intermediaries, and service providers.\* Collaborate with team leaders and service managers to drive business improvement and achieve strategic objectives.\* Support the achievement of quality and outcome measure targets through strategic injury management interventions.\

Requirements

\* Tertiary qualification in an allied health field (e.g., Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Rehabilitation Counselling, Exercise Physiology, or Psychology).\* Several years of experience in injury management, occupational rehabilitation, claims management, and/or return to work.\* Strong understanding of relevant regulatory and legislative compliance requirements.\* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.\* Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage competing resources and demands.\* Technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting, and communication tools.\
