Lead Psychological Services Strategist

As a senior leadership position, this role will have the opportunity to shape and expand psychological injury prevention and recovery services. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing psychological services that support recovery and prevention of psychological injuries.
The Key ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for leading the strategic and operational performance of psychological programs across all service lines. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving quality initiatives, financial outcomes, and continuous improvement.
- Overseeing workforce planning, recruitment, training, and performance management for clinical and operational staff.
- Partnering with business development teams to support customer success and drive growth.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in designing and delivering psychological or mental health programs, ideally in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage clinical and operational teams.
- A strategic mindset with a track record of driving business growth and service innovation.
