Manufacturing Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Manufacturing professional to join our organization and lead the Production department in achieving safe, quality, environmentally compliant, timely, and cost-effective operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing production systems and procedures, ensuring that Quality Assurance protocols are in place and adhered to by direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Quality Assurance strategies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Direct and mentor direct reports to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Partner with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals, targets, and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of food manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Proven experience working in a Supervisory or leadership role within the food industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
