Product Innovation Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Product Innovation Specialist to support our product improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience in manufacturing.

About the Role

The Product Innovation Specialist will drive cost reduction, operational efficiency, and innovation while ensuring food safety and quality. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting product development initiatives to improve product offerings
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Developing and implementing new product concepts that meet customer needs and market trends
About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Food Science or a relevant science discipline
  • Previous experience in product development, R&D, QA, operations, or food technology within the food industry
  • Hands-on experience with trials, sensory evaluation, and production troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
