We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as the Director of Organizational Development. This role will be responsible for leading the assessment of our organization's risk culture through surveys and data analysis, developing actionable plans to enhance our risk culture.

What we're looking for:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in risk culture programs within the financial services industry, preferably in superannuation.
  • Proven track record in culture programs and training development.
