Change Director Role

We are seeking an experienced Change Director to lead our Change Management services on complex programs or portfolios.

This role involves designing, leading and delivering change management services, including analysing change drivers, scoping work, understanding organisational change and proposing solutions to reduce its impact.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of dedicated experience in Change Management, including building and leading a Change Management team or practice. They should have experience running a Change function responsible for big investments and managing end-to-end change across multiple streams of large, complex programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Providing strategic direction, taking briefs from clients, contributing to proposals and networking events.
  • Recruitment: Supporting the recruitment process for the Change Management Practice.
  • Quality Assurance: Performing QA reviews and tracking action plans.
  • Improvement: Identifying and delivering improvements to the Change Management Practice.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Strong Communication Skills: The ideal candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills.

About the Job:

This is a full-time permanent role with a client delivery focus, working closely with our General Manager Change Management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, leading and delivering change management services on complex programs or portfolios.
