Role Summary

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will collaborate closely with the Head of Sales to develop targeted sales leads and effectively pitch these prospects to build Eftsure's client list in line with set targets. Regular communication with the sales team will facilitate seamless pipeline management.

This role entails:

  • Identifying new sales opportunities
  • Conducting sales demonstrations with prospective customers
  • Negotiating sales contracts, including terms of service
  • Collaborating on IT, compliance, and legal reviews
  • Pursuing contract signing with customers
  • Transferring customer support to the Customer Success Team
