We're a diverse and friendly team that values genuine connections and opportunities for growth. As an Office Services Assistant, you'll be part of our dynamic Office Services team in Sydney.

Your Role

  • You will be responsible for mailroom duties, regular stocking and servicing of utility areas and kitchens, printer maintenance and ordering supplies.
  • Additionally, you'll assist with setting up client functions, printing and compiling documents, and making court and mailroom deliveries.
  • Full-time hours are required, with shifts rostered between 7:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, including a one-hour lunch break.

Your Skills and Experience

  • This is a busy and varied role that requires excellent organisation skills and the ability to multitask.
  • You must be proactive, enthusiastic, confident, and have a friendly attitude, alongside a desire to help others.
  • Previous experience in a mailroom or office services role would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Full working rights are preferred, but candidates on short-term working visas will also be considered.

The estimated salary for this role is around $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on industry standards for similar positions in Sydney.
