
Human Resource Specialist

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced HR professional to join our team as an advisor. Reporting to the General Manager - People and Culture, you will provide support and advice to senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expertise on employment law, awards, and enterprise agreements;
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders;
- Supporting line managers with day-to-day HR issues;
- Collaborating with management groups to build and implement HR solutions aligned with business needs;
You will also provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies and procedures, including disciplinary matters, grievances, and terminations.
What We're Looking ForWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor with:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent;
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR role;
- Experience in the construction industry is highly regarded.
