About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Trace Partnerships Coordinator to support strategic engagement activities and partnership initiatives.

  • Coordinate program activities and stakeholder engagements.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Develop high-quality content for events and communications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry, government, and academic partners.
  • Provide administrative support including meeting coordination and documentation processing.

This is a fixed-term full-time position at the Newcastle Institute of Energy and Resources (NIER).

We require someone with a degree in communications, engagement, event or project management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. You will have strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills, excellent written, verbal, and visual communication abilities, and experience working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
