Organisational Change Transformation Specialist

The role of Organisational Change Transformation Specialist is a high-impact position that requires strong partnership with senior leaders to drive large-scale divisional people change programs.

This specialist will provide consultative and advisory services to senior executives, driving and leading transformational change initiatives that focus on organisational design, reporting lines, restructuring, and operational delivery models.

The successful candidate will have expertise in delivering complex organisational change solutions, working across all levels of the technology business unit, including executive level partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing organisational change strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Developing and executing HR and restructuring plans that support the organisation's transformation goals.
  • Building relationships with stakeholders, including senior executives, to influence decision-making and drive change.
  • Facilitating workshops, designing training programs, and managing outsourced vendors to support organisational change initiatives.
