About the Role

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Educational Leader to join our team at our Kings Meadows centre. As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in leading and developing our educational programs, working closely with our centre leadership team to drive transformative change and excellence in educational practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of educational programs that meet the needs of our children and families
  • Collaborate with our centre leadership team to drive change and excellence in educational practice
  • Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Work closely with our educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance our educational programs

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) card
