The OpportunityWe are seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and grow our organisation. As CEO, you will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the financial sustainability of our organisation. You will have the unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and wellbeing of the Tasmanian community.
About You- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the health or human services sector or a related field, ideally within a not-for-profit environment.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities with a track record of driving organisational growth and innovation.
- Excellent financial acumen with experience in managing budgets, funding, and financial sustainability.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Passionate about improving community health outcomes and committed to our purpose of keeping Tasmanians out of hospital and enjoying a healthy life at home in their community.
- Provide visionary leadership to the organisation, aligning with our purpose of keeping Tasmanians out of hospital.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives that support growth and enhance the quality of our services.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including government, community partners, and healthcare providers.
- Ensure the financial sustainability of the organisation through sound financial management and innovative funding strategies.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration across the organisation.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team to achieve their full potential.
An estimated salary of AU$180,000 - AU$220,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a competitive benefits package. The opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of Tasmanians and work in a supportive and collaborative working environment.
