
Financial Services Advocate

We're on a mission to revolutionize the way people interact with financial services. Our team is key to building trust with customers, requiring a deep understanding of investing and our products, as well as empathy for diverse customer bases.
You'll join a 6-person squad focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and connecting customer feedback with different business areas.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Acting as our customers' primary point of contact, giving them an internal voice and being our external ear.
- Managing customer feedback, complaints, and general inquiries.
- Nurturing relationships that lead to long-term advocates.
**Requirements:**
- 2-3 years experience in B2C customer support, customer success, or similar roles serving customer communities.
- Experience with customer support systems and online chat inquiries.
- Working knowledge of financial services, specifically super fund support or ETFs, investments, stocks, and trading.
- RG146 accreditation is ideal.
