We're seeking an exceptional customer support professional to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer experiences across all our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing comprehensive support and solutions to their queries and issues.
  • Provide expert guidance on our products, including superannuation, managed investments, and US Investing services.
  • Manage incoming customer enquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with customers, transforming them into loyal advocates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve products and processes based on customer insights and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2C customer support, customer success, or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial services and investment products, with experience in fintech, banking, or financial services highly preferred.
  • RG146 accreditation is advantageous (we can support the right candidate in obtaining this).
  • Full working rights in Australia.
