- Coordinating multi-disciplinary engineering resources and stakeholders
- Managing project schedules, risks, priorities, and deliverables
- Representing engineering in project meetings with clients and project managers
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related)
- 8+ years' experience in engineering delivery within EPC or related environments
- Background in telecommunications, mining, oil & gas or defence sectors
- Proficiency in engineering project controls, change management, and stakeholder engagement
- Proven ability to interpret technical scopes and deliver to schedule
- Strong knowledge of design, commissioning, and construction processes
- Confident managing subcontractors and technical queries
- Chartered or eligible for MIEAust/CPEng (highly regarded)
- A competitive salary package ranging from AUD 165,000 to AUD 190,000, plus super
