Telecoms Project Manager

This is a senior telecoms project manager role where you will lead major telecomms projects with real impact.

You will be part of a high-performing and supportive team responsible for overseeing engineering delivery across assigned telecommunications infrastructure projects.

About Our Role

We are looking for a skilled engineer to coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering resources and internal/external stakeholders, manage engineering schedule, risks, priorities and deliverables, represent engineering in project meetings with clients and PMs.

The Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design reviews and Safety in Design processes, prepare and review scopes for subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Support on-site activities including installation and commissioning, mentor junior engineers and support continuous improvement initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related).
  • 8+ years' experience in engineering delivery within EPC or related environments.
  • Background in telecommunications, mining, oil & gas or defence sectors.
  • Skilled in engineering project controls, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
