Infrastructure Project Communications Specialist

This role focuses on delivering strategic internal and external communication activities for infrastructure projects.
You will work with a specialist team to lead communications and engagement activities, including developing key messaging for community updates, email blasts, webpage content, and social media.
Responsibilities- Develop stakeholder and engagement plans, strategies, and materials in collaboration with project teams.
- Facilitate meetings, coordinate events, workshops, and community consultation activities.
- Provide strategic advice on managing emerging communications and stakeholder issues.
- Coordinate media activities and responses to requests from stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in complex government environments with experience in communications and engagement.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, liaise with multiple stakeholders, and be process-driven.
- Adaptable with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for making a positive impact.
- Relevant skills in communications, engagement, media, or public relations are essential.
This is a temporary full-time role with hybrid working arrangements. Some travel to project locations may be required.
