Job Description

The Strategic Finance Director will play a crucial role in providing financial performance and advice to executive leaders within the finance team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving divisional strategy and financial impacts by assessing potential acquisitions or divestment activities and M&A activity;
  • Managing the delivery of divisional financial forecasts and board reports for Executive & Board members;
  • Performing scenario modeling and strategic analysis of the portfolio, providing recommendations to the ExCo team;
  • Building partnerships with key internal stakeholders and Senior Management;
  • Ad-hoc analysis;
Key Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in M&A, capital advisory, and/or transactions;
  • Real Estate and feasibility experience advantageous;
  • Strong financial modeling and communication skills;
  • Qualifications as a Certified Accountant (CA), Chartered Practising Accountant (CPA), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
