Our Data Science Team

Our data science team is a cross-functional, agile team that uses people science and data to answer research questions and develop prototypes. We work with Python and SQL to drive business outcomes and improve employee experiences.

Internship Program

Our 3-month internship program is designed to provide hands-on experience and growth opportunities for aspiring data scientists. You will work with a supportive team, receive guidance from experienced mentors, and expand your technical and core skills through bite-sized learning activities.

What You'll Do

  • Tackle challenging data-driven problems and explore solutions to inform feature building within your team.
  • Collaborate with other scientists, data engineers, machine learning engineers, and software engineers in your team.
  • Work with product managers and designers to understand customer problems and help develop, refine, and implement solutions.
  • Produce quality documentation around research findings and recommendations.

About You

We're looking for candidates who are currently working towards a degree in Data Science, Software Engineering, Statistics/Mathematics, or a related STEM field. You should be self-motivated, able to work independently, and have a growth mindset. You'll also need to be a proactive and clear communicator, able to articulate your ideas and feelings when writing or speaking.
