Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated Executive Venue Supervisor to join our Lollo Italian Restaurant team. Reporting directly to the Venue Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations, exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service quality.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, including menu planning, sanitation standards, and floor management during peak meal periods.
  • Continuously improve guest and talent satisfaction by identifying areas for growth and implementing effective solutions.
  • Determine training needs to achieve goals, then develop and implement comprehensive training plans.
  • Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Venue Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Communicate departmental goals and objectives clearly, driving desired results through active participation in department meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Chef and Venue Manager to address any issues regarding food quality and service levels.
  • Address guest complaints and concerns, escalating matters to supervisors as necessary.
