We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Club Experience Lead to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role

This role will oversee the smooth operation of our club lounge, ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience. As a Luxury Club Experience Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated Ladies and Gentlemen, providing them with the necessary support and guidance to deliver outstanding service.

You will work closely with your team to ensure that all operational tasks are completed efficiently, and that our guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay. Your expertise in hospitality will enable you to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to exceed guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the club shift, ensuring seamless operations and excellent guest service.
  • Be an expert on the hotel's luxury amenities and services, sharing knowledge with guests to enhance their experience.
  • Assist guests with check-in and departure procedures, as well as provide dedicated concierge services.
  • Provide food and beverage service during the club lounge's meal periods, exceeding guest expectations with every interaction.
  • Handle general inquiries, resolving issues promptly and going above and beyond to satisfy guests.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, leveraging legendary service to drive future bookings and loyalty.
  • Manage cash handling and credit card responsibilities, maintaining accuracy and security at all times.
  • Oversee service standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
  • Motivate and empower your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Experience working with property management systems (e.g., OPERA).
  • Food and beverage service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Hold a valid Responsible Serving of Alcohol certificate.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for career growth and development.
  • Self-motivation, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
