About The Role

This position involves leading the club shift while supporting general operational tasks. As a key member of our Ladies and Gentlemen team, you will be responsible for providing expert knowledge of the hotel and surrounding area to exceed guest expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting guests through check-in and departure processes, as well as providing a dedicated club concierge service
  • Delivering food and beverage service throughout the club lounge's 5 daily meal periods
  • Handling general enquiries and providing outstanding customer service
  • Building relationships with existing and new guests, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Taking guest reservations and managing cash handling & credit card responsibilities
  • Oversight of service standards, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing initiatives to enhance the guest experience
  • Empowering team members by providing motivation and support, as well as planning team-building activities to foster a positive work environment
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience with property management systems like OPERA or similar
  • Food and beverage service experience is preferred but not essential
  • A valid Responsible Serving of Alcohol certificate
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Working rights in Australia
