Job Title: Guest Service Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized service to guests, exceeding their expectations and creating a positive experience.
  • Assist with reservations, bookings, and guest inquiries, ensuring accurate recording of guest details.
  • Manage incoming calls, providing information and assistance to guests.
  • Share knowledge of the hotel and local area with guests, enhancing their stay.
  • Assist with luggage and maintain the presentation of the front desk and hotel lobby.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good keyboard skills.
  • Knowledge of the RMS property management system is an advantage, but training will be provided.
  • Familiarity with Melbourne and the ability to make recommendations to guests is desirable.
  • Current RSA or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
  • Current working rights in Australia.
