Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct guest arrivals and departures with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Provide personalized and proactive guest service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest accounts, adhering to strict confidentiality policies and procedures.
  • Handle guest queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner, ensuring that every issue is resolved to the guest's satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the front office team to ensure that all daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a hotel front office or reception role, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • A high standard of personal presentation and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Availability to work a rotating night shift roster, including evenings and weekends.
