Regional Refurbishment Specialist

In this key role, you will oversee property refurbishments through a comprehensive unit turnover process.

Our ideal candidate will possess technical expertise and estimating skills, as well as strong relationship management and influencing abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects from preparation to final inspections

Requirements:
