Your responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the preparation and development of high-level documents, submissions, reports, and briefing material.">
  • Assist with coordination and development of regional and departmental governance reports.">
  • Analyse correspondence, briefs, responses, and submissions for accuracy, alignment with legislation and policies, and compliance with departmental guidelines.">
  • Prepare submissions, reports, and briefing material for senior officers on significant portfolio issues.">
  • Determine where correspondence should be actioned based on content and requirements.">
