As a Strategic Operations Leader, you will promote values of safety, customer service, productivity, quality, and leadership; ensuring our customers receive the best quality product that our brand stands for.

You will bring:

  • Accountability over profit and loss statement
  • Budget planning, management of operational targets to drive improvement strategies
  • Promotion of safety through proactive risk-based decision making
  • Capability to build and foster high performing teams
  • Monitoring daily and monthly metrics and implementing improvement strategies as required

Requirements include:

  • Experience in Mining and/or Heavy Engineering industries
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to lead, influence, motivate and build relationships
  • Demonstrated capacity to develop practical improvements and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
  • An understanding of sales and marketing strategies and plans, for optimum brand exposure
  • Strong business acumen
  • The ability to plan budgets for the Service Department, including coordinating expenditure items
